Reading is free. Nothing is sold on this site: there is no basket, no payment, no account to create.
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, on a server located in Paris, France.
Delivery and protection go through Cloudflare, Inc., which sees your connection's IP address for the time it takes to deliver the page, as any network intermediary does.

While you read, nothing is collected. No account, no sign-up, no condition. Only three forms can record anything, and all three are optional — you fill them in yourself.

Legal basis: your consent, given by filling in the form. You may withdraw it at any time, with no need to justify yourself.
This information is stored in server files kept outside the public part of the site, readable by the administrator alone. It is never sold, never shared, never passed on to anyone.
Your browser keeps, on your device only, what makes reading comfortable: where you stopped, the text size, the column width, your highlights.
None of it goes to a server, and nobody but you can read it. Clearing site data in your browser deletes it for good.
You may ask to see, correct, erase or retrieve what concerns you, object to its use, or withdraw your consent.
One address is enough: [email protected]. Answer within one month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL (the French data protection authority, cnil.fr), or to your own country's supervisory authority.
This site links to two other sites by the same author: a games platform, and a market analysis tool which is a paid product. This is stated on the book's very first page, and repeated at the head of the chapters concerned.
